Refund and Returns Policy

At Hosteun, every shirt we create is made with care—from fabric selection to the final stitch. Whether you’re buying a ready-made piece or a customized design, your satisfaction is always our priority. This policy applies to all clothing orders shipped to the United States and Panama.

Every order is printed and fulfilled directly from our own workspace in the U.S. All returns must also be shipped back to our U.S. return center. The process is the same no matter where you’re located — whether you’re receiving your package in the U.S. or in Panama.

1. Eligible Return Period

Customers in Panama may return eligible clothing items within 45 calendar days from the delivery date. We count the delivery date based on the shipment tracking record. If you’re unsure when your order was delivered, feel free to contact us at [email protected] and we’ll assist you.

2. Return Conditions

Be unused, unwashed, and undamaged: We only accept returns for items that are in their original condition. This means the product must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. It should be free of stains, smells, or signs of use. This allows us to inspect the item properly and restock it safely for future customers.

Be returned with original tags, labels, and packaging (if applicable): All original tags — including size tags, brand labels, and care instructions — must still be attached. If the item came in a specific packaging such as a zip bag or box, please include that as well. These components help us confirm the product’s authenticity and protect it during return transit.

Be shipped back to 428 S Pine River St, Ithaca, MI 48847, United States within the return period: To be eligible, your return must be postmarked within the allowed return window (for example, 45 days from the delivery date). Items shipped after this window may not qualify for a refund. Make sure the package is sent to the correct return address listed above.

Be accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase: Please include either your order number or a copy of your confirmation email. This helps us locate your purchase in our system and process your return accurately. Without proof of purchase, we may not be able to accept or complete your return.

Important Note: Returns that do not meet all of these conditions may be rejected or, in some cases, only partially refunded, depending on the product’s condition upon arrival. If you’d like a shorter or more casual version for the website, I can provide that as well!

3. Return Shipping Costs

There are two return cases:

A. If the Return Is Due to Hosteun‘s Error

(For example: the item is defective, damaged during delivery, or you received the wrong product)

If the mistake is on our part, we will take full responsibility for the return process — at no cost to you.

  • Return Shipping: Hosteun will cover 100% of the return shipping cost. You will not be asked to pay anything out of pocket.

  • Prepaid Return Label: We will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out, attach it securely to your return package, and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.

  • What You Can Choose: You have two options:

    • Request a full refund, which includes the product price and the original shipping cost.

    • Or request a replacement product, if the same item is still available in our inventory.

  • Timeline: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or send your replacement within 7 business days.

B. If You Ordered the Wrong Size or Changed Your Mind

(For example: the item doesn’t fit, or you no longer want it)

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. You’re welcome to return your item, but please note that in this case, the return process works a bit differently.

  • Return Shipping: Customers in Panama will need to cover the full cost of shipping the product back to 428 S Pine River St, Ithaca, MI 48847, United States. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to avoid loss or delays, and packing the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

  • Refund Coverage: In case of a return due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), Hosteun will refund only the product’s listed price. The original shipping cost you paid at checkout will not be refunded under any circumstance. We want to be transparent so you know exactly what to expect.

  • Condition Requirements: To be eligible for a refund, the item must still be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and order confirmation within the valid return window.

  • Inspection & Refund Timeline: Once your return arrives at our facility, we’ll inspect it. If the item meets our return conditions, the refund will be processed within 7 business days, and sent back to your original payment method in USD.

4. Refund Processing Time

We aim to process all eligible refunds within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued in USD, using the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is approved and processed.

  • Please allow 3–7 additional business days for your bank or payment provider to credit the funds to your account.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return, unless they are defective:

  • Gift cards

  • Final Sale or clearance items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

6. How to Start a Return

  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect)

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions and provide a return label if applicable.

7. Return Address

8. Restocking or Handling Fees
