That’s why we’ve written this shipping policy to explain exactly how your package is processed and delivered, whether you’re in the United States or Panama. 1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:

Every package is sent from our U.S. address at 428 S Pine River St, Ithaca, MI 48847, United States, regardless of your location. This helps us maintain quality control, centralized inventory, and consistent handling.
We do not ship to:

PO Boxes (because most carriers require a physical address for delivery)

APO/FPO/DPO addresses (due to limitations in commercial delivery)

U.S. territories like Puerto Rico or Guam (as they involve different customs and logistics processes)
By focusing on these two regions, we ensure faster delivery and more reliable support.
2. Shipping Costs
We believe in flat, simple shipping rates — so you always know what you’ll pay, and there are no hidden fees.
For U.S. customers:

For Panama customers:

All orders ship at a flat rate of $9.99
Why do we charge shipping for Panama? International logistics require longer delivery times and higher costs, but we’ve set the rate low to keep things fair.
We do not charge sales tax or shipping tax on any orders. Hosteun absorbs those costs so that what you see is what you pay. The price at checkout is the final price — no unexpected add-ons.
3. Order Processing & Delivery Time
We separate every order into two key steps to give you an accurate expectation:
Processing Time: 1–2 business days. This is the time it takes us to verify your order, prepare your items, pack them securely, and hand them over to the shipping carrier. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) usually start processing the same day.
Delivery Time (Transit):

United States: 4–6 business days

Panama: 7–8 business days
We work only on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays), so weekend orders will be processed on the next available weekday.
Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) are considered next-day orders, as they’ll be queued for the next business day processing.
4. Example Delivery Timelines
We want to give you a clear idea of what to expect, so here’s a typical scenario:
U.S. Order:
You place your order on Wednesday at 1:30 PM → we pack it that afternoon → it ships Thursday morning → you’ll likely receive it between Monday and Wednesday of the following week.
Panama Order:
You place your order on Friday evening → it’s packed Monday → it ships Tuesday → you’ll likely receive it the following Tuesday or Wednesday.
These are estimates based on standard conditions. Holidays, weather disruptions, or customs processing may delay deliveries — but we’ll always keep you informed.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your package leaves our hands, we don’t disappear — you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with:

A direct tracking link to the shipping carrier’s website
This allows you to check real-time delivery updates, estimated arrival times, and delivery status. Keep in mind: it may take 24–48 hours for the tracking to update after shipment.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
We handle all orders with care, but we know that things can still go wrong during transit.
Damaged Orders:
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package. To speed up the resolution process, include:

Once we confirm the issue, we’ll offer either a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and availability.
Lost Orders:
If your package has been in transit for more than:

and there have been no tracking updates for at least 7 days, please contact us immediately.
We’ll investigate with the carrier and — if the package is confirmed lost — we’ll either reship your order at no cost or provide a full refund.
7. Canceling Orders
If you change your mind, you can cancel your order — but timing is everything.
Orders can be canceled only if they haven’t been processed or shipped yet. To increase your chances, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing the order.
If your order has already been shipped (you received a tracking number), we won’t be able to cancel it. However, once you receive the item, you can start a return using our Return & Refund Policy.
